(old Milo IN2 Cricket)

The Maccabi Ajax Junior Cricket Club is again conducting the Woolworths Junior Blasters  program, following a very successful program last year.

The program introduces children to cricket skills and activities in a structured manner with an emphasis on fun. The program covers a range of fundamental motor skills important to childhood development - hitting a ball, catching, throwing, running, stopping, balance and co-ordination. It also caters for varying individual skill and age levels. In addition it involves important social skills including teamwork, co-operation, communication, and learning how to approach winning and losing.

Parent volunteers are needed for the successful running of this program Please contact Anthony Friedman (contact details below) to volunteer, and coaching guidance will be given.

Age: Girls and boys that in 2019 are aged 5 - 7 years, ie currently in  (a) prep, (b) grade 1, or (c) grade 2.

Girls and boys in kinder are unable to participate.
